Don Diablo(ドン・ディアブロ)こと本名、Don Pepijn Schipper(ドン・ピピン・シッパー)はオランダ・クーバーデン出身の1980年2月27日生まれでハウス/エレクトロニックを得意とするDJ兼プロデューサー。オランダで生まれ育ち、幼少期から音楽と触れ合って育ったDonは15歳で音楽制作をスタート。以来とても熱心に音楽活動に取り組み、急速に成長しながら自信とビジョンを明確にしていった。異例の速さで数々のレーベルと契約を結びプロデュースの面でも実力をつけ、2005年にはレーベル＆イベントSellout Sessisをスタート。KelisやAlex Clare、Example、Dragonette、Tiestoなど多くのアーティストのトラック制作を手がけ、コラボやリミックスの多くもヒットを飛ばしてきた。また、2010年代EDMブームを迎えた頃、Spinin’Records、Protocol、Axtone、Sizeなどのビッグレーベルからも次々とリリースを重ね、TomorrowlandやUltraをはじめ世界各地のフェスやパーティーでさらにその名を広めていった。2014年には、レコード・アパレルに人気レーベル「HEXAGON」を設立。そこでの最初のリリース「Make Me Feel Better」は2週間以上Beatportチャート1位を記録し、Madison Mars、CID、Stadiumx、Big Pineappleなど名だたるアーティストのヒットトラックを生み出している。現在では、HEXAGONのラジオ番組やパーティーの主催、MC、音楽スクールなど活動の幅を広げているDon Diablo。実は慈善活動にも積極的に取り組みさまざまな活動を行ってきた人格者でもある。エイズを無くすためのチャリティー団体のアンバサダーも努めていたほどなのだ。2015年ブームを引き起こしたEDMの新しい形、Future House（フューチャー・ハウス）の代表格となったDon Diabloの磨き上げられた実力が作り出す、ユニークでエキサイティングなハウスミュージックは今後も進化し続けるだろう。
